Thought for the Day:
The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.
—Vince Lombardi
Monday: T.L.W. find the LCM of two or more numbers. Remember: zero is a multiple of every number but is never the LCM. p. 224-226 (8-35) 7.1.3
Tuesday: T.L.W. complete worsheet p.273-274. Extra Credit: Choose a paragraph in the literature text book. Record the total number of vowels. Then go back and check how many A’s, then E’s, then I’s, then O’s then U’s that are in the passage. Write your findings as a percent of the total for each letter. Which letter is used the most? This should help you if you are ever on the T.V. show, Wheel of Fortune, when you have to buy a letter.
