Announcement- These are items needed for the Christmas Holiday Party on Dec.20th. If you can help, please let Mrs. Brewer know. Thank you.

30 Holiday plates and 30 napkins
3 ˆ 12 packs of canned soda ˆ at school by 9:00 on the 20th to be iced
3 Large bags of chips
1 Large bunch of grapes ˆ washed and ready to eat
2 Quarts of strawberries ˆ washed and ready to eat
3 dozen cookies
2 parents to chaperone the party and help with set up and clean up ˆ they will need to be in the cafeteria by 1:30 and plan to stay until the clean-up is finished after the kids return to class.
1 large cooler with 1 bag of ice to be at the school by 9:00 AM on the 20th to ice down drinks
Serving trays and bowls for the chips, cookies, and fruit
