Monday: T.L.W. complete Chapt. 13 Test on Southern Europe. Review all vocabulary before the test. Begin Chapt. 14. Define: navigable, loess, medievil, NATO, impressionism, Reformation, Holocaust, chancellor, cosmopolitan, cantons, nationalism. 7.3 tpi.4

Tuesday: T.L.W. read and discuss the physical geography of West- Central Europe. Where are the area’s major landform regions? What role do rivers , canals, and harbors play in the region? What are the west-central Europe’s major resources? p. 279-281. Section #1 review (1-5). Complete Map Activity for Chapt. 14 7.4 spi. 2

Wednesday: T.L.W. read and discuss the country of France. p. 282-285. Complete Section #2 Review p. 285 (1-5). 7.2 spi.12

Thursday: T.L.W.read and discuss Germany p. 286-289. Complete Section #3 Review. p. 289. (1-5) 7.5 tpi.3

Friday: T.L.W. read and discuss The Benelux Countries p. 290-292 and The Alpine Countries p. 293-295. Discuss Dutch Polders. Section #4 and #5 Review p.292 (1-5) and p.295 (1-5). 7.2 tpi.10

Thursday: T.L.W. write percents as fractions, and vice versa p. 314 (4-40). 7.1 tpi.3

Friday: T.L.W. write % greater than 100% and percents less than 1% as fracions and decimals and vice versa. p. 316-318. (13-49) 7.1.tpi.3
