Wednesday: T.L.W. find the area of a trapezoid and a triangle. Label answer with square units.Review Lesson. 7.5 tpi.6
Thursday; T.L.W. find the slope of a line. Text p. 182-185 7.5 tpi.6.
Friday: T.L.W. find the slope of a line worksheet 4-7. Homework; Standardized Test practice p 190-191. 7.5 tpi.6.
Monday: T.L.W. begin the study of Eastern Europe- chapt. 16. Map Activity p. 31 “Reading a City Map”. Locate and label the Baltic Sea, Adriatic Sea, Black Sea, Balkan Mountains, Carpathian Mountains. What climate and natural resources does this region have? What is Amber?
Tuesday: T.L.W. locate and discus the countries of Northeastern Europe. p. 322-327. Section 2 Review p. 327 (1-5).
Wednesday:T.L.W. read and study the countries of Southeastern Europe:
Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.p. 328-333. (1-5).
Thursday: T.L.W. see how culture both links and divides the region.
Determine how the region’s past contributed to its current conflicts.
Complete Section #3 Review p. 333 (1-5) Of the countries listed on the chart on p. 333, which one has the highest level of economic development? Why? Read the Circle graph p. 332 to determine Ethnic groups that make up Macedonia. Take notes for study tonight.
Friday: T.L.W. test on Chapt. 16 p. 334.
